For in-store repairs, every repair is a little different. Sometimes we have scans running after hours on machines for 12-48 hours! Our labor rates are only based on the time the technician is actively working on the machine, not scanning and diagnostic times. Most repairs are between 1-3 Hours.  

Depending on the service level selection, we can have a machine turned around same day if we have all the needed parts or if the software can load or download quickly enough! Once it hits the technician's bench for diagnostics, it's usually repaired within the next 6-12 hours.

We offer on-site support for businesses only, mostly for our Managed IT clients, but do offer a break/fix IT service for businesses.  

For homes, we have a few partners we work with that will come to you, but we always encourage you to bring your system to us first to make sure it's worth your while!

Not every repair is the same, so we really are just billing for our technicians time and any parts required. Our average repair is between 1-2 hours of labor + parts. Our average repair price is between $90-150.

We have home based businesses with 1 computer, up to large clients with over 100! Doctors, Automotive, Insurance, Manufacturing, Construction, Financial Institutions, Travel, Retail, Service Industries, and Property Management to name a few!

We offer a 30 day warranty on all labor. If the issue comes back within 30 days of picking up the machine, we've got your back! This is very rare as we don't want this to happen as much as you don't! However, technology is what technology is! Bring it back in with as much detailed information about the issue and we'll bring it right to the bench! 

On our Computers, we offer warranties anywhere between 1-5 years, depending on the model.

For our Managed IT clients, we offer a 3 Year Next Business Day Warranty!  We guarantee you can't find this at a box store!  

We do, only to have the parts available for our repairs and service.  We are NOT a computer parts dealer.  If we were, we'd be long out of business thanks to the internet!  We carry the most popular skus that we use every day to upgrade and repair our clients machines - SSD's, RAM, Motherboards, PSU, some GPU's, as well as some peripherals.  Don't expect us to be the cheapest in town, but we will be the most convenient!

No.  We only source and resell Business Grade electronics manufactured within the last 7 years. We do this mainly from our wholesale distributors who provide us with 3-18 month warranties. Most of what you'll find in your home or small office is consumer grade and has little to no value after 3-5 years.  Business grade tech is worth refurbishing because parts are still available and we can refurbish it for resale, and provide a winning warranty with confidence.  

Yes!  We get this a lot and often find that the DIYers miss some critical details, like cooling, or other specification details that our experts see daily.  We recommend you sourcing the machine from us in the first place as it often ends up being a better system for the same or less cost, but we're happy to build, load, and optimize your system however you prefer!

Yes!  We have an entire division for Printers & Copiers with 4 printer techs, and over 3,000 machines in the field!  Most of the home-based models are either very simple to fix, or not worth the time, but the business grade machines (laser) are typically worth a little more of an investment.  We offer in-store diagnostic printer service for $25, or on-site for business at $95.
